So…this is the plan that I came up with.  It’ll probably change 20 more times before I send in my plans (January 2016!!!), but this is kinda what I’m looking for.  

• 16’ + 4’ for the porch
• Kitchen – 2’ X 7’ with 20” range
• Bath – 3’ X 7’ 
• Utility Closet (Pantry/Dirty Laundry/Mop&Broom) – 18’ X 2’
• Stairs – 18” X 3’
• L Couch – 72” X 30” and 94” X 30”
• Loft – 8’ X 9’10’
