-Credence was born in 1901.
-Kendra Dumbledore died in 1899.
-Percival Dumbledore died sometime after 1890, in Azkaban (where he was pretty unlikely to be having sex).
–Ariana Dumbledore, since I’ve seen some people suggest he’s her kid, also died in 1899, and she was fourteen at the time of her death.
-Honoria, who is either Kendra or Percival’s sister (unclear) is maybe a possibility, but she’s supposedly a spinster aunt, and she definitely died unmarried.
If Credence is a Dumbledore, he’s sure as hell not Albus’s brother.
Plus, we all know Grindelwald is a lying liar who lies. That’s our entire experience of him, really. That’s Credence’s entire experience of him. I don’t know why he’s believing him now.
Of course, there’s also the possibility that logical timelines and facts don’t matter anymore and they’ll just be ignored, so.
(I should add, I personally don’t really care, I believe JK has a plan for the character, especially if you look at the overall theme of the films, so the fact that she feels like changing some facts, and retconing stuff in her OWN UNIVERSE, shouldn’t piss people off so much, in my humble opinion)
