Avengers AU – If Tony was Peter’s biological father
Tony is super protective of his son. And Peter, inspired by his dad, becomes Spiderman anyway (his dad and his Uncle Rhodey figure him out in a second though).
Sử Hộ Vương (历護王) is an upcoming Vietnamese mobile card game, in which the characters are all figures from Vietnamese history and mythology. Each character’s card will showcase what history actually wrote about them, and their powers will be inspired through their most well-known feats.
Just from the earliest artworks, one can spot Lady Triệu, the woman who stood against hundreds of Chinese armies against her own, Hồ Quý Li, the emperor of Hồ dynasty, Lí Thường Kiệt, the general who caused chaos within Song China, Lí Chiêu Hoàng, the sole empress regnant of Vietnamese history, Yết Kiêu, the swimmer who destroyed hundreds of enemy boats, Quỷ Thánh Xương Cuồng, one of the most powerful demons in Vietnamese mythology, Hồ Xuân Hương, the queen of Nôm poetry, Nguyễn Ánh, the founder of Nguyễn dynasty, Quang Trung, the emperor who took down three powerful clans, Đông Hải Kình Nương, one of the most fearsome monsters in Vietnamese myth, Nguyễn Nhạc, one of the generals of the biggest rebellions in Vietnamese history, Ma Trơi, Vietnamese will-o’-the-wisp, Nguyễn Bình Khiêm, sage and saint of Cao Đài, and so much more.
The game relies on crowdfunding, so you can help by donating money in order to help Vietnamese game industry as well as allowing millions of Vietnamese to take interest in Vietnamese history and culture once again (if interested, please enter the link below and ask the group on how to donate). Although the game will not be historically accurate in its visual portrayal (all the clothing the characters wear are modernized), its portrayal of historical records will definitely be, as it has a lot of experienced and well-known historians in its aid.
i love how every 2-3 years, Tom Hardy just so happens to star in a movie that tumblr goes absolutely crazy for. every 2-3 years, like clockwork.
Inception (2010)
— if you weren’t here for this, trust me, Tom Hardy’s face would’ve been ALL OVER your dashboard
This Means War (2012)
—
okay maybe this was something that the Star Trek fandom specifically went crazy for, because it starred Chris Pine and Tom Hardy in a romantic comedy with a love triangle where an alternate ending implies that they end up together, but it belongs on the list
The Dark Knight Rises (2012) — if This Means War isn’t good enough here’s a 2012 Tom Hardy movie that had broader fandom appeal
