In case anyone is interested, this is a street cat named Bob and James Bowen. There are articles as well as a movie and book (x) called “A Street Cat Named Bob”. It’s about how James was dealing with addiction and poverty and used essentially the last of his money to take this street cat to the vet to save his life. They developed a bond and it’s changed their lives. The story is REALLY amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.
