And by the way. The Russos didn’t say that Tom is too old to play Loki. I listened to the podcast and in context they talked about comic book characters staying the same age and getting re-invented and re-imagined after a story arch, which sometimes includes drastic changes, while actors are getting older.
Which is absolutely true. And there is no dig at Tom here anywhere. They didn’t even mention Tom or Loki by name, but talked in general terms. And if Cap looks like 30, even though the character pushes 100 (and wasn’t in the ice in the comics), then Chris won’t be able to play that character for another 100 years either.
