one problem i have with show!alec is that he seems to want to make sure everyone know that he is pissed off, he is so vocal about it, which is the total opposite of canon Alec who want to stay as lowkey as possible. (and i don’t remember Alec to be that rude with Simon, but maybe it’s just me, it’s been a while since i read the book)

And BBC Sherlock was born in 1980, so Sherlock is the same age as Harry and Ron and is younger than Hermione.
