Good Ending: Ran exposes her deductions to Shinichi and proves that he and Conan are the same person. Shinichi is so impressed he forgets his time limit and changes back in front of her still gaping.
Neutral Ending: Shinichi and Ran lean to kiss each other but he stops just before that realizing he should tell her the truth FIRST before going further.
Bad Ending: They don’t kiss, Ran doesn’t get a new suspicion arc and Gosho is the Red herring slowburn lord.
True Ending: Ran and Shinichi share a kiss but he has to run without saying goodbye cause out of time and disappears for the rest of the trip. 🙂
